The Return product must be unused , unwashed or not worn & should not be with any damages. If the product delivered needs to be returned on acceptable grounds, you should inform the customer care hotline or send an email to Hello@jetaa.lk with in 24 hours of receiving the item. If the product returned to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to reject the refund request & send back the item to you.

The return item must be in the original packaging and with out any damages to the original packaging. Warranty card , User manuals and all other accessories as per the original packaging should be in order.

Once the item is returned the company will run the necessary checking & refund would be made.
