The Return product must be unused , unwashed or not worn & should not be with any damages. If the product delivered needs to be returned on acceptable grounds, you should inform the customer care hotline or send an email to with in 24 hours of receiving the item. If the product returned to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to reject the refund request & send back the item to you.

The return item must be in the original packaging and with out any damages to the original packaging. Warranty card , User manuals and all other accessories as per the original packaging should be in order.

Once the item is returned the company will run the necessary checking & refund would be made.
